Order Processing Time
Items from Dinallure are custom-made, taking a few weeks to be produced before they can be shipped. We recommend ordering at least one month in advance of the event. The total order time is determined by two main factors: Order processing & Shipping, which includes the sewing time for the skirt and production preparation.
Standard Size Products: 14-20 days processing time + shipping time
Customized Size Products: 20-25 days processing time + shipping time
Shipping Policy
At Dinallure, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to our customers worldwide. Our current delivery range includes most countries in North America, South America, Europe, and the UK.
Undeliverable Areas: We regret that due to various reasons, we are unable to deliver to certain areas including:
- Aran Islands
- Ascension Island
- Azores
- Balearic Islands
- Bouvet Island
- Caroline Islands
- Eritrea
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Somalia
- Somaliland
- Spanish territories in North Africa
- Yemen
- Zaire
Shipping Time: The time required for the package to be sent from Dinallure to its destination is determined by our logistics providers (DHL, USPS, FedEx, IB, and EMS). Please note that we cannot specify which provider will handle your shipment.
Shipping Fee: Our shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the order. For orders over $299, free shipping applies.
Important Notes:
* We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses or stolen upon arrival.
* If multiple products are ordered, they will be shipped together, and the delivery time will be determined by the product with the longest production time.
* Estimated delivery times cannot be provided; however, you can track your order using our website's tracking page.
Shipping Status
In Transit: Your parcel is currently in transit. If there is a slight delay, please contact the logistics carrier directly for specific status updates.
Pending Delivery: This indicates that your package has arrived at the local post office or with the mail carrier. Please contact the logistics provider to inquire about the specific location of your package.
Delivered: If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, building managers, or office receptionists.
About the Tariff
It is normal for tariffs to be levied on imported goods, and the collection of these tariffs is regulated by the destination country. The amount of duty will depend on the specific policies and rates applied in each country.
For clarification, please contact your local customs office. Dinallure is not responsible for any taxes levied on the products sold. If you need assistance in this area, feel free to contact us.
Important note:
*Some items are prohibited by certain shipping companies. If your order includes such items, we will resend it through an alternative carrier to ensure safe delivery. This may result in additional transportation time.
*All estimated delivery times are based on real data collected from past orders. These are approximate times for reference only.
*Dinallure ships all packages from our warehouse and distribution center.
