Order Cancellation Policy
· Standard Size Products: Cancellation requests must be made before shipment. As order status updates may experience delays, we recommend submitting your cancellation request within 1 week of placing your order to avoid complications.
· Custom Size Products: Once an order for custom-sized items is placed, cancellations are not possible. However, we offer one-time free size modifications. Please note that while the modification itself is free, any return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Cancellation Instructions:
Our website does not provide a direct option for order cancellations. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team.
Steps to Cancel an Order:
1. Visit the "Contact Us" page and reach out to our Customer Service Center.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.
3. Our Customer Service team will respond and process your cancellation request within 24 hours.
Order Change Policy
Due to current system limitations, we are unable to add additional products or make changes to existing orders once placed. If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service center before the items are shipped.
Product Size and Color Changes:
Standard Size Products: Contact customer service within 1 week of placing your order to request a size or color change.
Customized Products: For customized items, contact customer service within 5 days of placing your order. Once production begins, further modifications cannot be made.
Important Notes:
* Changing from a standard size to a custom size is not supported.
* If you change a custom-sized item to a standard size, we will refund the extra customization cost, provided that a customization fee was initially paid.
Modifications to Recipient Information:
Any changes to the recipient’s name, address, or postal code must be made before the product is shipped.
If a package is lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, we cannot offer full reimbursement for the order.
