At Dinallure, we’re dedicated to ensuring you have an excellent shopping experience! For any quality issues with your items, we offer a one-week post-sale resolution period from the date of receipt.
Return Conditions:
* Items must be returned in their original product packaging.
* Returned items should show no signs of wear or use, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:
At Dinallure, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, certain items are non-returnable or exchangeable due to their nature or custom-made characteristics. Please note that these policies apply unless otherwise stated:
1. Customized Products:
While customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, we offer a complimentary repair service. If you need assistance with a damaged item, please email support@dinallure.com and provide a clear image of the issue along with your order number.
2. Non-Returnable Items and Free Gifts:
These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Specific Categories:
The following categories have non-return policies:

- Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Jewelry
- Undergarments
- Event and party supplies
- DIY supplies
- Pet supplies
- Beauty products
- Accessories (excluding scarves and bags)
4. Dislike or Fit Issues:
If you simply dislike an item or it doesn't fit as expected, but there is no quality issue, we cannot accept returns.
5. Delivery Discrepancies:
In cases where the shipping status shows delivered, but the package has not been received by the buyer, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
6. Product Description Differences:
If you have a misunderstanding or difference related to product description (as mentioned in the title or details), we will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Wrong Item Ordered and Shipped:
In rare cases where an incorrect item is shipped, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
How to return:
1. Take clear photos of the item from multiple angles.
2. Reach out to our dedicated support team at support@dinallure.com.
3. Share the order ID and your preferred resolution (Return, Refund, Exchange, Resend) with us.
4. We'll provide you with a return address and RMA document. Please include this in the package when shipping it back to us. (Please note that we cannot accept returns sent to our original shipping address as this may delay the processing of your refund.)
5. Once you've shipped the item, please share the tracking number with us so we can monitor its progress. We'll process refunds or exchanges within 7 business days after receiving the returned item(s).

Return Address
Please note that the address on the package sent to you by Dinallure is not our return address.
If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service center to initiate the return process. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Our customer service team will provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions for completing your return.

Order Cancellation Policy
Dinallure allows cancellations for standard-sized orders prior to shipment. Custom-sized orders cannot be canceled due to the specialized nature of these items.

Refunds
*For returned merchandise, we will refund the amount paid for the returned merchandise and the associated taxes. We will not refund shipping charges, shipping protection or shipping taxes. We will also deduct the return shipping fee from the refund if you send the package back using one of our return labels.
1) We need to receive the returned package for you. Once we receive the package, we will arrange a return refund for you within 1-3 business days.
2) Refunds for canceled orders will be arranged within 1 business day.
Refund Time:
1) For PayPal refunds, depending on the payment method of the item (e.g., PayPal balance, credit/debit card, or checking account), it may take 3 to 7 business days to complete.
2) For card refunds, it may take 5-10 business days to show up in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and its intermediaries.
Exchanges
Exchanges are currently available for items on this site (except for custom sized items and pre-sale items). You will also need to contact the customer service center for specific exchanges.
Limitations on exchanged products: Our website currently offers a partial exchange service (different after-sales have different programs). Please contact the Customer Service Center for more information on exchanges: Please note that due to the wide variety of products sold on this site, exchanges are only available for the same product or at the same price.
Customized items can be sent back only once and re-customized without compensation.
* Exchange of goods generated by the return postage also need to be borne by the customer.
