If you are not satisfied with the product, you can make a return request within 30 days after receiving the product by following the steps below:
- Click "CONTACT US" to contact customer service center at support@dinallure.com. Provide the order number you need to return the order and the reason for the return.
- Download the return & exchange form and other documents according to the return process sent by customer service.
Note: Items must be returned unused with their original packaging. (If the original packaging is lost, please indicate that the packaging has been lost)
- Return refund: The return refund will be returned within 0-3 days after the return arrives at the warehouse. The refund process takes 7-15 business days, and you can check the return policy for details.
- Negotiation of partial refund: Partial refund of non-return refund is completed 7-15 working days after you receive the confirmation of the operation refund email, you can check the return policy.
Order cancellations: Click "CONTACT US", copy our contact email and send us an email to cancel the order and the reason for cancellation. We will usually reply to your email and cancel the order for you within 24h.
Note: Custom items cannot be cancelled beforehand.
Order Changes: Click "CONTACT US", copy our contact email and send an email with the order number to be modified and the correct new address. We will generally reply to your email and change the address of your order for you within 24h.
Note: Items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or changed. If you need to make changes to an item before it is shipped, please check the ‘Order Cancellation & Change Policy’ on this website.
Items that can be returned or exchanged: most brand new items, such as standard-sized clothes and most accessories.
- Non-refundable items:
- Swimwear, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty supplies and accessories (except scarves and bags).
- Items and free gifts with non-returnable signs cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom goods cannot be returned, but there is an opportunity to send them back for modification. Check the return policy for details.
This website takes four weeks as the expected delivery time of the order, the specific time we recommend you to check the delivery policy of this website.
